Canadian International Trade Tribunal Report
Cassels Brock acted for the Canadian steel industry coalition in the 2002 safeguards case heard by the Canadian International Trade Tribunal. We were successful in obtaining recommendations for emergency relief on five steel products: steel plate, cold-rolled steel, reinforcing bar, standard pipe and steel angles, channels and beams.
